ACCOMMODATIONS
Middleburg, Virginia is a small town and we plan to host all wedding weekend events there at the Salamander Resort. There is limited lodging in town so, if you'd like to stay with us in Middleburg, we encourage you to explore the wealth of traditional B&B's and AirBnBs in and around the town!
Room blocks are available at the Residence Inn, Hampton Inn and Home 2 Suites in the nearby Chantilly/Dulles airport area, which is a 20 minute drive out of Middleburg. Please follow the directions below to secure the reservation of your choice. When calling to make your reservation, reference the McDonagh-McCormick wedding room block. The discounted wedding rates will be available thru the cut-off dates listed below or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.
Note that welcome party and wedding day transport will only run to and from the Chantilly/Dulles area hotels, and ride share options in the town of Middleburg can be limited.
We highly encourage all guests to book accommodations ASAP as this is a busy weekend in Middleburg, Virginia!
Residence Inn Chantilly
A room block has been reserved at the Residence Inn in Chantilly (Dulles South) for the weekend of the wedding at the rate of $189 per night. Please call the hotel directly at 703-263-7900 OR click the link below to secure your room. Be sure to complete your reservation before Wednesday, April 2, 2025 to secure the special wedding weekend rates. When calling in, please mention the McDonagh-McCormick wedding room block.
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is noon at the Residence Inn Chantilly.
Home 2 Suites Chantilly
A room block has been reserved at the Home 2 Suites in Chantilly for the weekend of the wedding at the rate of $150 per night. Please call Hilton Reservations at 1-800-HILTONS OR click the link below to secure your room. Be sure to complete your reservation before Friday, March 21, 2025 to secure the special wedding weekend rates. When calling in, please mention the McDonagh-McCormick wedding room block.
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am at the Home 2 Suites Chantilly.
Hampton Inn Chantilly
A room block has been reserved at the Hampton Inn in Chantilly South for the weekend of the wedding at the rate of $139 per night. Please call the hotel directly at 703-818-8200 OR click the link below to secure your room. Be sure to complete your reservation before Wednesday, April 2, 2025 to secure the special wedding weekend rates. When calling in, please mention the McDonagh-McCormick wedding room block.
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is noon at the Home 2 Suites Chantilly.
Transportation will be provided to the welcome drinks as well as to the ceremony and reception at the Salamander Resort from the Chantilly area host hotels. Guests will be asked to indicate within their response (here on the website) if they plan to use the provided transportation so we can get an accurate count for planning purposes.
If you are using the shuttle service, plan to arrive to the lobby of the chosen hotel at 3:00pm to board the shuttle for a PROMPT 3:15pm departure to the Salamander.
Shuttles will depart the Salamander Resort to head back to the Chantilly hotels at the end of the wedding at 10:00pm, at 11:00pm and again at the end of the afterparty at midnight.
Please note that ride share options are extremely limited once you are at the Salamander. Do NOT count on Uber or Lyft rides to be available at the end of the wedding- plan to use the wedding day transport provided.
